I've got a lot of options. Why Switchboard?

When we started Switchboard in 2017, there were only a small handful of coworking spaces in the state of Indiana. Now there are at least 45 in Indianapolis alone. A remote worker or small business owner has significantly more options than they used to. Why does someone choose us?

My favorite thing about our community is its diversity. We have lawyers, therapists, architects, accountants, podcasters, teachers, home health care agencies, non-profits, political parties and more working with us. 50% of our businesses are women owned and 30% are minority owned. It’s our highest goal to create a space where everyone can grow and thrive and be known. We care deeply about our members and their stories — their work stories and their personal stories.

This blog will be a place where we introduce you to some of those members of our community, where we talk about the why behind what we’re doing, where we challenge ourselves to grow and be better. Thanks for following along!
