Family Support at Switchboard
We know you have life outside of your work and sometimes that life needs to come along with you to the office. We are pleased to offer support for families of Switchboard members as well as community members.
Little Operators
Little Operators is an onsite supervised playspace at 801 Shelby Street for children six weeks up to 5 years-old. We are open from 9 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer a warm and nurturing play-based environment where your children can be engaged and close to you while you work.
All child care hours are booked through Proximity. If you are already a member, feel free to create a free “Family Support add-on” membership and book Little Operators using Proximity under the Reservations tab —Family Support.
If you are a community member or wanting to help a client book Little Operators, please go to https://members.switchboardindy.com/register to set up an account.
Space is limited for ideal child to staff ratios and Little Operators must be booked prior to arrival. Same day bookings are welcome as long as there is space available.

Switchboard Member Rate: $9 per hour per child
Community Member Rate: $20 per hour per child
