WHAT DOES A MEMBERSHIP AT SWITCHBOARD INCLUDE?
SUPER-FAST, RELIABLE INTERNET
Private offices have hard-wired (Ethernet) connections, as well as access to Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses and server storage are available to offices. Desk leases and co-working members also have a private network. Your guests can access the wi-fi through the Switchboard-Guest network.
CONFERENCE ROOM TIME
All plans include a monthly credit allocation that can be used to reserve both conference and meeting rooms. Reservations can be made online.
SWITCHBOARD MEMBER NETWORK
Connect with other Switchboard members through our online community. You can ask questions, share stories, announce product launches and other good news, invite others to events, promote your job listings, or simply find someone to grab coffee with.
The Switchboard has a multi-function copier/scanner/printer located in the supply room behind the registration desk. You'll receive an email with printer instructions when you sign up.
DO ALL MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?
Membership plans begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Our one-calendar month move-out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.
ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIPS REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH?

WHAT IF I'M LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE OFFICE OR DEDICATED DESK MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN THE FUTURE?

WHAT ARE YOUR BUILDING HOURS? WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
Switchboard staff will generally be on site between 9 AM – 5 PM local time Monday through Friday. Members with Co-working memberships, Dedicated Desks, or Private offices have 24/7 access to the building via their Smartphone.
CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TOUR?

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG? WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?
While we love our pets, pets in the building can make work difficult for other guests with allergies or other issues with animals. If you use a service animal, please contact the director for accommodation.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A WEWORK OFFICE?
Switchboard has small offices (70 square feet) that could accommodate one or two desks, as well as larger offices (200 square feet) that can accommodate a small team. Please schedule a tour to come see for yourself.
CAN I ADD MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?
We offer mail and package handling at the Switchboard. A limited number of private mailboxes are available on a first come-first served basis.
HOW DO RESERVATION CREDITS WORK?
Co-working Membership, Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans all include a monthly reservation credit allocation that can be used to reserve conference rooms and meeting spaces. After you have used your monthly conference room and meeting space credits, you are free to make additional reservations on an hourly basis at a 50% discount. Credits do not rollover from month to month.
HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM OR A MEETING SPACE?
You can make a reservation for a conference room or a workspace via either the Member Network on this site or on the Nexudus Passport app. Select available rooms, dates and length of the reservation. For all reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.
WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?
We have 3 conference rooms, each seating 8-12 people.
WHAT IS THE CO-WORKING SPACE?
The co-working space is a shared common room in the heart of our building. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day, a power port and Wi-Fi. In addition, you have access to all of the other building amenities.
I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP PLAN. CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM/WORKSPACE ON THE WEEKEND?
You can! All of our spaces are available to members 24/7.
I JUST RESERVED A CONFERENCE ROOM. HOW DO I REGISTER MY GUESTS?
To register guests, please log on to the Member Network or the Passport app. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, including yourself. Your guests will be sent a welcome email with helpful information including where to park, how to get into the building, and wi-fi passwords.
CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE?
Yes. Just make sure you register them either via the Member Network.
I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
All memberships may be paid for via ACH (auto withdrawal) or credit card (co-working membership only).
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE A DEDICATED DESK OR PRIVATE OFFICE?
Switchboard requires a security deposit equal to one months rent for private offices. There is no deposit required for dedicated desks or co-working members.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET SWITCHBOARD KNOW I'M MOVING OUT?
Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to Switchboard on July 31st.
Desk Leases and Co-working Memberships can be cancelled at any time online on the Member network. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Desk Lease and Co-working Membership plans.
DOES SWITCHBOARD CHARGE LATE FEES?
Switchboard charges a late fee of 5% of the outstanding invoice for payments we haven't received by the 3rd business day of the month.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR RESERVATION CREDITS, PRINTING, ETC.?
Conference or Meeting Room: $25.00 - $50.00/hour
Printing is currently free for members. Please help us to conserve paper and ink so we can continue to offer this service.
